Practical instruction in Gabrielle Roth's healing movement work, balanced with plenty of opportunity to explore your own dance. Deepen your personal practice of the 5Rhythms®, or dance a Wave for the first time; all ages (15+) and levels of experience are welcome.

To get to the White Eagle Hall

From downtown Victoria, travel South on Douglas (or Cook) to the water, at Dallas Road. Turn right on Dallas. The first right after Pilot Street (just before the breakwater) is Dock. The hall is at the corner of Dock and Niagara, and has its own parking.

getting to Mercury Theatre from the South

Pass over the bridge on the highway into Duncan and turn left at the first lights at Trunk Road. Brae Road is the fourth street on the right and the Mercury Theatre is on the left.

getting to Mercury Theatre from the North

Turn right off the highway onto Coronation Street (at Save On Foods) and drive up the hill. There is a church on the left at the corner of Brae Road and a sign directing you to the theatre.

Both Friday and Saturday Waves are guided "three hour tours" through Gabrielle Roth's healing movement practice, with practical instruction focusing on the physical embodiment of each rhythm. All ages (15+) and levels of experience are welcome.
